Reece Legal Search’s mission is simple: to find the best jobs for candidates and the best lawyers for clients. For candidates, we identify the most career-enhancing employment opportunities available. For clients, we recruit the most talented and accomplished associates, partners and practice groups we can find both nationally and internationally.
Our client list of prestigious law firms and Fortune 500 corporations reflects most mid-sized to large law firms in California, numerous national and "boutique" firms, and major companies in a variety of industries.
We take a custom approach to each search. RLS pre-qualifies each candidate we present for a client’s consideration — and not just on such tangibles as work experience and academic background. We also make sure the candidate is compatible with the organization’s style and culture.
RLS recruiters manage every phase of the search process, from initial research and screening of candidates, to facilitating and negotiating the final deal.
